After I missed my long run last Sunday and struggled to find time for running at all, I finally did my standard loop along the lake today. It felt awesome.
I’m still worried about the pain in my foot — turns out it’s not really the ankle. No idea what it is. I’ll have to ask Dr. Google.
One thing I learned today: if I get up at 5 AM, I have time for everything. Early mornings are when I can actually get things done.
So… maybe I could cut sleep to 5 hours? Apparently one U.S. president I don’t… let’s say admire too much, used to sleep less than that. If it worked for him, why not for me?
“So, how about you — how many hours of sleep do you usually get, and does it actually feel like enough?”
