Another day off. This time, no choice — sick is sick.
For now, the focus is on a healthy diet, restoring my routine, and quality sleep.
It’s like a house of cards sometimes: one element breaks, and everything falls apart. Then you have to rebuild from the start.
But it’s ok — at least the steps are clear. And I still have time until my Ironman.
The big question remains: when to return?
Too soon, and I risk a setback. Too late, and I lose precious fitness.
