Last week, I missed three training sessions. That’s a lot.
Life got in the way — I’m in the middle of moving, still doing paint work, helping a friend, juggling a hundred things at once. But the truth is: I need to organize myself better.
I know the answer. 5 a.m.
If I could just stick to 5 a.m., it would work.
But yeah… I need sleep too.
Even my blog fell behind. And now it’s late again.
It’ll be a short night — and an easy run tomorrow.
Back to routine. One step at a time.
