Day 78 of my Born to Run training.
I switched off the music today and ran an easy 10k.
It felt good. Relaxed pace, no pressure.
But my cadence dropped again — back to 160 spm.
Seems like without music, I lose the rhythm.
Still, it was a good run. Not every day has to be perfect.
Just consistent.
