Another schedule shift.
Nothing dramatic — tomorrow’s rest day became today’s.
Too much work, too many social commitments. But it’s okay.
Staying consistent means staying consistent over time, not per day.
When I trained for my first marathon, I was much stricter. “Never miss a session” — that was the mantra.
In the end, it brought more stress than strength. And yes, injuries too.
Now? Less stress. More flexibility. And still consistent.
Because long-term progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up — again and again.
How do you handle missed sessions? Do you shift them, skip them, or stress about them?
