Here we go — week one.
Packed day: dentist appointment, important meetings at work, and family arriving in the evening. No chance for a proper training session. Just no time.
So I swapped today’s session with tomorrow’s — it’s a bit shorter and easier to fit in. And honestly? I don’t care anymore. This isn’t a belief system. It’s a training plan. I adapt it to my day and move forward.
In two or three weeks, a switch like this won’t matter. What does matter is peace of mind — and staying consistent.
Believe me: it’s all about consistency.
You’re better off doing 2–3 short or low-quality sessions than skipping one entirely.
Time to lace up and go for a run.
